Worst experience. We are SEBI registered yet RazorPay refused to verify our KYC despite having all certificates. Created another new account with new number, and then they verified the business model but entered wrong billing name, so we won't be able to use this account as well. Highly active but totally useless customer support. Also, no option to change phone number, business name, anything. Must learn from PhonePe customer support which accepted our payment gateway integration request.

Worst app and even worst customer service I have never seen such a pathetic customer service, they never ever respond, moreover they don't have a dedicated helpline number. The so called support page just allows us to write mails but I just received system generated response from them, I do not recommend this app to anyone. Absolutely worst customer support team

razorpay suddenly blocked the payment gateway for transaction verification. I operate in tourism business, this week was having lots of holidays, now I can't take booking due to account blocking. it would be better to hold the payment and allow to recieve the payment so that business continue as usual, and payment could be sent to me after all the verification .
